Here's my entry into the Coffee Lover's Blog Hop.

For this card, I used a stamp set by Stampin Up!, pattern paper from Basic Grey and Paper Studio, card stock from Recollections, Staz-On ink, a template from Heidi Swap, home-made embossing powder combining Stampin' Up! Winter White with Antique Gold Pearl Ex, a Fiscars punch, and some pearl cotton.  You can watch a process video on my Youtube channel:
